India allrounder Ravindra Jadeja and Ravichandran Ashwin are one of the deadliest bowling pairs of the game. They have been phenomenal while playing together as they can change the game of their will. In the recently concluded Border-Gavaskar Trophy, the spin duo clinched 47 wickets helping India to win the series.
Considering their amazing performance, they were named Man of the series together. However, after sharing the trophy, Ashwin and Jadeja recreated an amazing comedy scene from Akshay Kumar’s film. The video has been shoot in the Indian dressing room and was shared by Ashwin himself on his Instagram account.

The Border-Gavaskar Trophy 2023 has been one of the best events for spin bowlers as the pitches were offering a bit of spin from the very first day. Ashwin finished the four-match series with 25 wickets and also scored 86 runs, while Jadeja clinched 22 wickets and scored 135 runs with one half-century against Australia.

After sharing the Player-of-the-Series trophy with Ravindra Jadeja for the Australia series, veteran off-spinner Ravichandran Ashwin spoke his heart out, giving all his appreciation to him saying that Jadeja provided him a lot of flexibility to be creative with the ball.
“It’s been a great journey together. We wouldn’t be the same without the other. He gives me a lot of freedom to be creative on the field with the ball. Credit to him. I thought he bowled beautifully in the Delhi Test. That’s why we’re here,” Ashwin said about his partnership with Jadeja.
Meanwhile, Ravindra Jadeja also spoke about their chemistry, the left arm spinner said, “We’re always talking about the wicket, what field we should have to particular batters. We’re always talking and discussing.”
Although, fans react to their amazing chemistry and the meme they recreated. A Twitter user said, “Aise hi wickets bhi baant lete ho.”
