Yuzvendra Chahal shares cryptic ‘no-word’ post after India snubs him from T20I series vs Australia
Team India is all set to host the new ODI World Cup champion for the five matches of the T20I series set to commence on November 23. Notably, Australia beat the host on November 19 at the iconic Narendra Modi Cricket Stadium in Ahmedabad in the ODI World Cup 2023 final game, and out of 15 members, 7 players have stayed back in host country India for the T20I series.
However, Team India has mostly rested all the players except Suryakumar Yadav, Prasidh Krishna, and Ishan Kishan for their upcoming T20I series. In addition, the Indian Cricket Board has given the opportunity to IPL stars while they ignored Sanju Samson and Yuzvendra Chahal for their next series. Notably, both great cricketers were not part of the Asia Cup 2023 squad or the ODI World Cup 2023 squad.
Following their exclusions, fans are unpleased, while a few cricket pundits have also expressed their displeasure. However, star spinner Yuzvendra Chahal breaks his silence after his exclusion. The RR bowler took to social media and shared the cryptic post. Chahal didn’t say anything, and he just went on to put up a smiley icon just a few hours after the announcement was made for the upcoming series.
Yuzvendra Chahal’s post has gone viral on social media
Chahal’s post has gone viral on social media, with mixed reactions from the fans. Notably, a few fans feel he needs to get his rhythm back to be on the team. However, few are slamming the Indian Cricket Board for showing partiality and skipping a few great players.
