‘League end hote hi fir se aaram karo, repeat’ – Jasprit Bumrah to play straight in Indian T20 League post Australia series
Jasprit Bumrah is one of the most lethal bowlers for India in any format that he plays. He has been consistent with his bowling whenever called upon and can trouble the batters with his different variations and pace. His ability to bowl the yorker to perfection in crucial stages of the game is a skill that only a few possess in cricket.
The Mumbai franchise bowler had a break after the ODIs against England in July 2022 and was rested for the tour to the West Indies and Zimbabwe. He suffered a stress reaction on his back, due to which he was ruled out of the Asia Cup 2022 that was held in the UAE. He was later announced in the squads for the T20Is against Australia and South Africa.
Bumrah has been out of the squad since September 2022, when he last played a game against Australia at home and was then ruled out of the 20-20 World Cup 2022. He was then announced in the Indian side to face Sri Lanka in January at home but the Indian Cricket Board felt that he should not be rushed back into competitive cricket and should take ample time to regain his fitness.
What’s next for Jasprit Bumrah?
Bumrah has been ruled out of the ongoing Border-Gavaskar Trophy and even the three ODIs against Australia at home. This means that the fast bowler will be seen in action for the Mumbai franchise in the Indian T20 League 2023. His workload will be much more as compared to usual as he is the leading bowler for his team with a burden on his shoulder to perform for the franchise every time he comes onto bowl.
Indian cricket team fans have shown dissatisfaction about the fact that Bumrah would make a comeback to competitive cricket straight in the league and won’t be available for India for the ongoing Australia series. They hope that even after he plays for the Mumbai franchise, he does not get injured again and is still available for the Indian team

Bumrah playing in IPL for his National side MI shouldn't be the news anymore. It's normal routine. News should be made when he is ready to play for his franchise team called Indian Cricket Team.

Criticizing bumhra is very easy
Just remember the number of overs he bowls in whole ipl season is something equals to the no. Of overs he bows in a single test match

Playing for your country is not the same playing for a club… ask Rohit .. he will endorse… he should skip IPL and available for ODI WC and WTC final…

The player who remains unavailable for the National duty for more than 6 months of the year should not be in the central contract list for that year.
If that's not possible then he should be degraded to the lower level of contract. From List A to B and list B to C.

to manage the IPL work load he should skip WTC final and World Cup imo

Let him spend 10 months at NCA and 2 months in IPL. Don't want him in International
